Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV Box — Live TV Player mobile application (package com.mysmartiptv.medialiveplayer.cast, "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use IPTV Box on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. Your use of the app distributed through Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use IPTV Box.

3. The app is a player tool only

IPTV Box is strictly a media player tool. It does not provide any audiovisual content, does not contain built-in channels, movies, or live TV, and is not affiliated with any third-party content providers or IPTV services. The app plays only the content that you add.

• You must provide your own legally authorized M3U / M3U8 playlists.
• You are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that any content you play is legally obtained and that you have the right to access it.
• We do not encourage or support streaming copyrighted material without authorization from the copyright owner.

4. Free, ad-supported app

IPTV Box is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. By using the app, you agree that advertisements may be displayed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app;
• use the app to access, distribute, or stream illegal or infringing content;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or advertising features of the app;
• use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of and full responsibility for any playlists, links, and content you add to the app. Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own backups; uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may permanently remove your data.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular stream will play, as playback depends on the sources you provide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Because the app is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 10.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Box and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, the content you play, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

11. Google Play distribution

This agreement is between you and the developer of IPTV Box only, and not with Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content. You acknowledge that Google has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Your use of the app must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and with all applicable U.S. and local export-control laws.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, note changes in the app or in our Google Play release notes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
